CGD is a rapidly progressing form of dementia.  It is a cortical affliction which causes a great deal of motor disturbance.  The most prominent deficits seen while testing one with CGD are severe apraxia, severely deficient verbal fluency, severe executive functioning deficits and impairment on visuospatial tasks.  Other problems include clumsiness, hemineglect and myoclonus.
